The Church @ Thornton (TCAT) is all about reaching out to those in need.
Need is not just in material goods, but to those who are 'Poor in Spirit' (Matthew 5:3)

We have come to realize that truth is absolute, and will make you free; free from all addiction, strongholds and your past.

So as you browse our website, we pray that you will sense God's love.

The Church @ Thornton is 'Sharing the love of Jesus Christ with all mankind, because love never fails.'

Who we are...

'Through our multicultural, and ethnically diverse congregation with no division among us, we will fervently and effectively exalt the Name of JESUS CHRIST for the saving of souls, renewing of minds, and edifying of the Body Of CHRIST. This is done by teaching the unadulterated Word of GOD and making disciples to the LORD of those that come to the saving knowledge of JESUS CHRIST."
The Church @ Thornton began in the heart of Pastor Kenneth Michael while he was still in Ozark, Alabama. GOD began to direct him to Colorado and ultimately Thornton, Colorado. The Church @ Thornton began on October 8, 2006 in Pastor Kenneth's home. Dedicated to teaching the truth of GOD's word, The Church @ Thornton has grown and many lives have been affected for the glory of GOD. Our desire is to "Share the love of GOD with all mankind, because love never fails." How can we do this? By reaching out to all people, first by our actions, and then by our words.

Our Mission

Our goal is to preach the truth in love, so that all the saints will be equipped with the eyes of their understanding enlightened to the realness of JESUS CHRIST and what HE has already accomplished for us, in us, and through us. So that all may come to know CHRIST.

We do this by following these step:
Pointing people to CHRIST:
Show them who He is and why they need HIM
Teaching people to follow CHRIST:
Give them GOD's Word and what HE commands
Equipping people to teach others:
Through discipleship training and other Bible based training
Compelling people to do the same:
Encouraging them and giving them the opportunity to live and demonstrate what they believe.
